You will need:
Preheat oven to 350 F
3 large or 4 small coarsely mashed bananas (make sure they are not too ripe).
2 cups quick oats
6 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
8 Medjool dates pitted and chopped
Mash bananas. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheets for 20 min. Turn off oven. Flip and let bottoms dry in oven for 20 min afterwards.
