A low fat, delicious crunchy granola.

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 F
  2. In a bowl combine oats, flax, salt and baking soda
  3. In a small pot combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  4. Pour brown sugar mixture over the dry ingredients and mix.
  5. Place mixture onto parchment lined cookie trays. Stirring once halfway through baking.
  6. Store in an air tight container.
  7. Feel free to add dried fruit, and nuts or a dash of cinnamon for a custom flavour!
  8. Enjoy as a breakfast cereal, a crunchy snack or topping for nicecream.
