  • 1 Cup Figs Sub with dates for a more traditional textured pie crust and more neutral flavour.
  • 1/2 Cup dates
  • 1/3 Cup Almonds
  • 1 Cup oat flour (I make mine fresh in a high speed blender)
  • Pinch Of salt

  1. In a food processor blend crust ingredients on high until well incorporated. Press into a parchment lined pie plate.
Chocolate Filling
  1. In a smoothie cup add chocolate pie filling ingredients and blend until Smooth and creamy. Adding more water if necessary. Spoon into pie crust. Top with blanched almonds and cacao nibs.
