- 1 cup icing sugar (if out blend 1 cup white sugar with 1 tbsp of cornstarch or tapioca until powdered)
- 1 tbsp soy milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegan margarine
- 6 drops food dye
- 1 tub Betty Crocker Vanilla Icing (optional time saver).

- In a bowl mix sugar, butter, soy milk, vanilla extract and beet juice (or food colouring) until smooth and blended. Fill a zip lock bag and cut the corner. Squeeze onto cooled cookies and embellish with sprinkles, chopped nuts, candy or whatever you have on hand! *Tip Most packaged Betty Crocker Icings are vegan. Enjoy!
- *If using premade icing just add a few drops of colouring and mix in the container.
