Wilted Spinach in Peppery Miso Broth
A great way to up your daily intake of greens. WFPB Vegan.

Instructions
  1. In a large sauce pan add all the ingredients except fresh spinach.
  2. Heat on med high until bubbly and miso paste has dissolved.
  3. Once broth is bubbling add fresh spinach and stir. Remove after 1-2 minutes as you do not want this to overcook
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds & extra chilli garlic paste for an added kick.
  5. Serve on its own or over rice as an entree. This is an excellent way to get your greens in in the winter. Especially if you tire of green smoothies and fresh salad.
